The Soursop (Graviola) Flower
Best Way to Store and
Use Graviola
Your graviola leaves will arrive in a large paper manilla envelope.
For
storage, I recommend making sure they are all thoroughly dry and
then store them in an dry, dark
place.
Do not
refrigerate or use plastic sandwich bags or they could turn stale
and moldy. Graviola leaves will last years if stored this
way
For cancer
patients, boil
about 10-15 leaves
(depending on size)
in 1-2 quarts of water
then steep for 60 minutes or longer, add water to taste, then drink
it throughout the day. Add more water and flavored tea and stevia
to suit your taste.
Instead of
sugar or artificial substitutes, use honey or “stevia” which is a
natural sweetener that can be purchased at most grocery stores and
health food stores.
My wife and I do not have cancer, Our personnal graviola recipe is:
Boil about 5-7 graviola (soursop) leaves in 1-2 quarts water for about 5-10 minutes.
Add 1 regular tea bag and 3 flavored green tea bags (we like rasberry) and let steep.
After cooling add enough water to make 1 gallon.
We then add 1/8th teaspoon of pure stevia extract for sweetner and 1/4th teaspoon of powder vitamin C.
Our friends love
it!
I pray you
have great results using graviola. If you have any questions, feel
